Monkey man 



SUPER BOWL SUNDAY
Might watch the superbowl. Or at least the half time show, in the hopes that I will see another wardrobe malfunction. Although a collegue of mine let me borrow the first season of 24, so we may watch that. It is a great TV show, just about the only one I currently watch reglarly.



This is by far my longest entry so far. I have been trying to teach myself javascript. Not too sure what it will do for me but the book was at the library and I wanted to learn. No examples right now...laughable simplistic stuff anyway.


This weekend I saw 2 major motion pictures. Here are my ratings out of 5 *'s

The Grudge *** - Nice to see something different in the horror genre. Based on a japanese film ("Ju-on") by the same director.

Ray - *** Jamie Fox did a good job as Ray Charles. The movie is presented in a way that keeps the viewer engaged. A bit too long. And not being a huge Ray Charles fan there was a bit lost on me. I would enjoy the same treatment for say Thelonious Monk or Sun Ra or Mingus.

Neither one is a total waste of time, but neither one is essential.
