Nice Flute...

Can't seem to find buttermilk in this town. Maybe there is a run on it this time of year. My wife is making bran muffins. I guess we will be regular. Soon I will start to have some more substance to these posts. Right now I am just getting into the habit. That is all for today.

Found some stickers from when I was a kid. Making lentel barley soup with my wife. Saw the movie "Supersize Me" last night. Pretty hilarious look at the fast food industry (specifically McDonalds). The filmaker decides to go on an all McDonalds diet for 30 days. You should see the havoc it brings to his body and processes...I will never eat at a major fast food chain again. Go rent it and see for yourself.

I am in Albany now. The ride out was good. Out of staters drive pretty fast. It is definitely fall in NY. Went shopping at Price Chopper (No Wegmans here). More tomorrow. or the next day....
